Returns
If you’re not completely happy with your order, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please fill in the form below.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Have the hygiene liner/seal fully intact.
- Be free from marks, fragrances, deodorant, makeup or any signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the hygiene liner has been removed or if the item has been worn.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed after we receive your return.
Please note that unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
Free Size Exchanges
We understand that finding the right fit is important, especially when shopping for fuller-bust swimwear. That’s why we’re pleased to offer free UK size exchanges.
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, please fill in the form below within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the size you’d like instead.
As long as your item is returned in its original, unworn condition with tags attached and the hygiene liner intact, we’ll send your replacement size free of charge (subject to availability).
If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll contact you to discuss the available options, including a refund.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you’ve received an incorrect item or believe your item is faulty, please fill in the form below as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
